    Relating to this question, I've managed to pinpoint a command, which when used with Beamer and XePersian, would produce a distorted itemize environment (in which, the triangles would be placed far to the right).

    The command is:

    \useoutertheme{infolines}
    

    When this code is active, the result in the output would look like this:

    The output, with this code being deactivated, would produce:

    Which is alright, but to the cost of losing all the useful information at the bottom of each slide (and sub/section titles at the top of each slide, which I guess is very much related to the theme being used).

    Although I managed to fix the problem by using

    \setlength{\itemindent}{2em}
    

    before each group of items, but I'm looking for a more fundamental and convenient way of fixing this issue, without setting any itemindent for any group of items.
